The 17th Annual San Francisco International Chocolate Salon, sponsored by TasteTV, was held April 6, in the San Francisco County Fair Building (AKA Hall of Flowers) in Golden Gate Park.
There were lots of chocolatiers, confectioners, and chocolate makers selling their wares — and lots of attendees too. It was THE place to see chocolate trends — and try them too.
Of course the hottest chocolate trend — Dubai Bars — were a common topic of conversation with some local spins to try. But the other trend was much cooler — and when I get around to writing an article about the Salon we can talk about that trend too.
