Started in 2019 by award-winning Chef Robert “Buttercup” Nieto, Fleur Sauvage Chocolates makes bars, bonbons, and chocolate sculptures. They opened their first store in December 2021, and also have a booth at the Santa Rosa and Windsor Farmers Markets. They offer tea time events at the shop which you can reserve on their website. Chef Nieto also does special wine & chocolate pairing events at local wineries and wine shops.
They don’t have an online shop, but you can order chocolates via email to pick up. Visit their website for more info.
