Deux Cranes Chocolates and Confections, est. 2018 by French trained chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey in San Diego, moved to Los Gatos in 2021. They make bars, bonbons, caramels, and cookies, many with Japanese flavors like miso, yuzu, and sesame. The bars are especially eye catching.
