That’s how the creative minds behind Topogato describe their chocolate. Established in 2020 by pastry chef Simon Brown and designer Beau Monroe, Topogato makes stunning truffles, flavored bars, and other treats.
The longtime friends found themselves jobless because of the COVID pandemic shutdown and decided to take advantage of the opportunity in the crisis. They opened in September and were featured in a Forbes Holiday Gift Guide 2 months later.
Topogato is located in SF and does some popups (follow them on Instagram), but otherwise is online only, no storefront. They do offer a pickup option.
