Coffee in a bar not from a bar
Funded by a Kickstarter campaign in 2018, COBA, The Coffee Bar, Berkeley, also used Kickstarter for their latest venture: tea infused white chocolate bars. Each single flavor bar — Espresso (the original bar), Chai, Matcha, or Hojicha (a roasted green tea) — is equivalent to a shot/cup of tea caffeine-wise. Their ingredients list is simple: [Featured flavor], cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, and soy lecithin.
You can buy single flavors or a sampler pack of all four bars dubbed “The Café Experience” online and at special events.
