Chocolate by the month
UPDATE May 2023: Blue Canary Sweet has an online shop where you can buy subscriptions or single items.
Blue Canary Sweets, San Jose, CA, established in 2022 by Julia Anderson, the former owner/chef of Fleur de Cocoa, offers chocolate bars by monthly subscription. The basic subscription is 3 bars/month, and they offer 5 different bar options each month.
They make some other sweet treats, such as marshmallows, bonbons, and jams. They started out with subscriptions only. They still don’t have a storefront but you can order online and at their popups.
