HAPA Chocolat, San Jose, established in 2023 by Le Cordon Bleu-trained patisserie chef Charlotte Kryska, makes single origin truffles and inclusion bars where she carefully matches the inclusions to the single origins’ unique flavors. Charlotte has also developed a tasting chocolate board game you can play with her single origin bars or use by yourself to develop your tasting chops.
HAPA Chocolat doesn’t have a storefront but you can buy their chocolate on their website.
