Married to the chocolate
Cacao Regina, established in 2023 by husband and wife team Kane and Rosie Dijkman, makes several 70% single origin bars plus a 100% and a dark milk. They started making chocolate in 2008 at home, workshopping their bars at The Chocolate Garage, until they had perfected their craft and opened their chocolate factory.
Cacao Regina bars are available online, at some Marin farmers markets, SFBA shops like Chocolate Covered, and at special events like the TasteTV Chocolate Salons. Check their website for locations.
