Single batch toffee
Kate’s Toffee was born during the pandemic when Kate Carrier started shipping her homemade toffee to loved ones she couldn’t visit in person. A one-person operation — with occasional help from her mom who was a caterer and confectionist herself — she makes the toffee in 2-1/2 pound batches, which has become her slogan.
