Opened in March 2023, 1.2.3 Chocolat specializes in chocolate mousse and traditional French chocolate treats like noisettes and mendiants that taste like France. Owner and head chocolatier Catherine Delfino described them as “basic French treats made in traditional ways. I’ve been using the same techniques for 20 years and playing around — but not too much.”
1.2.3 Chocolate doesn’t have a storefront. You can place orders online for pickup at their kitchen. Some of their goodies are available at Little Green A Plant Bar in Redwood City. They also offer catering and do special events. Visit their website for details.
