Sponsored by Dandelion Chocolate, the 2024 Craft Chocolate Experience at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF began with an industry only trade expo the first day followed by a pairing & tasting event that evening, then 2 days of a craft chocolate marketplace. Story to come.
In addition to the marketplace Saturday and Sunday with chocolate from makers from around the world there were panel discussions, demos, and tasting opportunities.
Panels included some local chocolate makers and chocolatiers: Brad Kinzter from TCHO and Todd Masonis, co-founder of Dandelion Chocolate, local chocolate icon Michael Recchiuti, and Greg D’Alesandre from Dandelion Chocolate.
