A Sebastopol institution and slice of France in wine country, Patisserie Angelica is known for its elegant wedding cakes, pastries, and confections made with all natural ingredients. Opened in 1995 by Paris-trained pastry chef Condra Easley and her sister Debbie Morris, the café/shop has been run since 2019 by local culinary entrepreneurs Gergana Karabelov and Jennifer Bice who have continued the sisters’ tradition of “a little bit of Paris in Sebastopol.”
In addition to cakes and pastries, Patisserie Angelica also offers West County High Tea (by reservation), cookies, petit fours, macarons, brownies, pies/tarts, espresso drinks, and classic chocolates and confections such as truffles, toffee, and salted caramels.
