Asian-inspired chocolates in convenient downtown location
Jade Chocolates uses Asian flavors in their bars, truffles and snacks. One of their most popular items is their Genmai bar, which is an upscale Nestle’s Crunch bar with an Asian twist. It uses roasted brown rice for the crunch and adds Genmai green tea and jasmine tea.
Jade’s owner Mindy Fong grew up in SF and opened Jade’s first retail shop December 2014 in the Inner Richmond District, SF, which also sells loose teas and hot chocolate. The One Market Plaza store sells their line of truffles, bars, and treats.

Thai Basil truffles are a good introduction to savory truffles if you are hesitant to take the plunge.
