Doggone good toffee
Norma’s Toffee was a Christmas tradition before it was Norma’s. According to the website, the toffee was originally made by Norma’s friend Dee who owned a pet shop and helped Norma with her rambunctious beagle puppy. Dee also made almond toffee every Christmas and taught Norma her recipe. Now Norma Quan continues the holiday toffee tradition with her own tweaks including a black sesame toffee and extends the holiday toffee season to Chinese New Years.
While Norma has made the toffee for over 30 years for family, friends, and co-workers, she officially launched the business in 2022. You can order Norma’s Toffee online and buy it at popups during the holidays.
