Artisan chocolatier Kirsten “Kiki” Ritschel of Kiki’s Cocoa makes beautiful unique truffles, barks, and other chocolate confections. Check out her Instagram page to see some eye-popping and mouth-watering examples.

She also offers “Truffle treats with Kiki’s Cocoa” experiences on AirB&B where you can learn about chocolate while making your own truffles with her.
