Napa Valley’s Michellin-starred chef, Thomas Keller (The French Laundry restaurant), opened Finesse, The Store™ in 2018 where they sell a selection of kitchenware, gourmet pantry items, and other luxury lifestyle items, including his line of K+M Extravirgin Chocolate bars, which replace cocoa butter with olive oil.

Finesse is not open on Tuesdays, our favorite day to visit wine country, but K+M bars are readily available at other retail locations in Napa Valley, including at Hudson Greens & Goods.
