Chocolate with a conscience 
Nuubia Chocolates sells artisan chocolate and confections, including truffles, caramels, enrobed chocolate and pates de fruits, but that’s not the first thing they want you to know about their business. They want to make all of these wonderful things while conserving the planet. Even their packaging is “Wildlife Friendly.”
They also offer classes and workshops. You can buy their chocolates and sign up for classes at their factory store and online. You can also find Nuubia chocolates at some local shops. (We found some at Hudson Greens & Goods in Napa.)
