Started in 2004 as an organic offshoot of Sjaak’s Fine Chocolates in Eureka, CA (now closed), Sjaak’s Organic Chocolates makes truffles, bars, molded chocolates, couverture, and drinking chocolates that are vegan, organic, non-GMO, kosher, mostly gluten-free, with cocoa sourced from Rainforest Alliance certified farms. Sjaak’s Fine Chocolates was founded in 1988 by Dutch immigrant Jacques Holten and now his daughter Jessica runs Sjaak’s Organic Chocolates.
You can buy their chocolates online, at many local retailers (use the Sjaakolate Finder on their site for locations), and at their distribution center in Petaluma.
