Chocolate + coffee
Minée Chocolate, Menlo Park, was founded in 2019 by Chef Michael Sigmon and Renée Fadiman (Minée is a portmanteau of their first names). They ethically source their cacao from 4 different microclimates in one region of Ecuador. They started selling their bars ranging from 60%–80% cacao plus a vegan milk bar in 2022. In addition to their chocolate bars they also roast and sell organic coffee.
