Established in 2012 by William Werner, Craftsman and Wolves is firstly a patisserie but they also make caramels and sipping chocolate using Valrhona chocolate. In addition to their pastries and confections, they also make cookies, spreads, bread, desserts, and other food items.

You can purchase their full line at their cafés, where they also serve sandwiches and salads. They have a booth at a farmers market in Palo Alto once a week. And they have an online store where you can order chocolates and pastries for pickup at their locations or delivery in SFBA.
