BACI Kitchen started out as BACI Chocolatier in 2016 making truffles, fudge, and other chocolate treats. Chef/chocolatier Jeffry Burgess has branched out to olive oils, flavored vinegars, vinaigrettes, and fruit sauces, hence the name change in 2022. They still make chocolates and fudge and their Good Food Award winning French Silk chocolate sauce.
You can order their products online for delivery or pickup at their kitchen.
