Fleur de Cocoa Patisserie Chocolaterie Café has Paris on its mind starting with the “street signs” next to its front door. It’s a cute little place on the main drag of town, full of French pastries — both the morning and dessert kinds — plus a full range of coffee drinks, a French bistro range of lunch choices, ice cream and very reasonably priced chocolates. And everything is made in-house.
