Big Top uses this anatomically correct heart mold a lot<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Started by pastry chef Larisa Chapman, Big Top makes elaborate bonbons, bars, caramels, marshmallows, snacks, and baked goods using only the finest ingredients \u2014 like couvertures from Felchlin Chocolate<\/a> and Luker Chocolate<\/a>. While they make bonbons in an array of shapes there is a frequently recurring motif of creepy \u2014 eyeballs, skulls, spiders, and anatomically correct hearts \u2014 all carefully made and elaborately decorated.<\/p>\n

Big Top doesn\u2019t have a brick and mortar shop \u2014 or an online shop. They sell their chocolates and other treats at special events only. Check their social media<\/a> accounts for where they will appear next. You can also contact them for local delivery if you can\u2019t make it to an event.<\/p>\n
