Founded by Beverly Aarts decades ago, it is now run by her daughter Jennifer Aarts Keenan. They make toffee only \u2014 in milk, dark, or white chocolate \u2014 with no preservatives. They use California almonds instead of the more traditional pecans.<\/p>\n<p>They don\u2019t have their own retail space and their toffee is only available November\u2014January each year.
