Owner and head chocolatier Catherine Delfino described them as \u201cbasic French treats made in traditional ways. I\u2019ve been using the same techniques for 20 years and playing around \u2014 but not too much.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>1.2.3 Chocolate doesn\u2019t have a storefront. You can place orders online for pickup at their kitchen. Some of their goodies are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlegreenaplantbar.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Little Green A Plant Bar<\/a> in Redwood City. They also offer catering and do special events.
