While a lot of people dream about becoming a chocolatier and opening their own business someday, Kalyana is wasting no time: According to their website she enrolled in Ecole Chocolat’s Professional Chocolatier program and started Chocolates For Change in the same year. In addition to being a very young chocolatier, Kalyana also donates a portion of her profits to different non-profits.

She and her mom make truffles in a variety of flavors and sell them at local popups. They don’t have an online store, but you can contact them through the website to place an order for local delivery.
