Established in 2020 by pastry chef Simon Brown and designer Beau Monroe, Topogato makes stunning truffles, flavored bars, and other treats.<\/p>\n<p>The longtime friends found themselves jobless because of the COVID pandemic shutdown and decided to take advantage of the opportunity in the crisis. They opened in September and were featured in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/chelseadavis\/2021\/11\/30\/holiday-gift-guide-2021-most-indulgent-chocolate-gift-baskets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forbes Holiday Gift Guide<\/a> 2 months later.<\/p>\n<p>Topogato opened their storefront in May 2025 and also sells\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/topogato.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Read more on CBTB:<\/h3>\n<p>Nothing yet!
