They are educational too. That\u2019s a cacao flower in that Art Nouveau-esque design.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bisou makes single-origin bars from locations across the equator in cacao strengths from 50% (mixed with organic coconut) to 100% (ground nibs only). Their ingredient lists are small, and they don\u2019t use dairy or soy products in their chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>They have expanded their line to include vegan truffles, caramels, and drag\u00e9es all made with their chocolate. They\u00a0also offer drinking chocolate in different cacao percentages, and chocolate dipped fruit.
