They are known for their Salted Almond Bar, award-winning Lemon Burst bonbons, Salted Caramels, and collaborations with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/chocolatebythebay.com\/magazine\/local-chocolate\/dandelion-chocolate-factory-salon\/\">Dandelion Chocolate<\/a><\/strong> and other SFBA artisan makers.<\/p>\n<p>They are a CBTB <a href=\"https:\/\/chocolatebythebay.com\/magazine\/recommended\/\">recommended chocolatier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>They took over the former <a href=\"https:\/\/chocolatebythebay.com\/magazine\/local-chocolate\/michael-mischer\/\">Michael Mischer<\/a> space, where they make and sell their chocolates, plus offer hot chocolate and coffee drinks, gelato, and a curated collection of chocolate and other foodstuffs by other local artisan makers.<\/p>\n<p>You can also buy their chocolate <a href=\"https:\/\/michaelschocolates.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online<\/a>, at some local shops, and at special events, such as Chocolate Salons and pop-ups in local boutiques.<\/p>\n<h3>CBTB
