TCHO\u2019s logo looks like shorthand for \u201cTechnology\u201d but according to their website is the phonetic spelling of the first syllable of \u201cChocolate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>TCHO started on the SF waterfront, but now have a factory in Berkeley. Their bars, tiles, cooking chocolate, and drinking chocolates are available around the world.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2022, TCHO announced that its chocolate is 100% plant-based. Their milk chocolate bars have been replaced by bars that use oat milk, cashew butter, and coconut sugar to mimic the experience of milk chocolate without using dairy\/animal products. Their cooking\/drinking chocolates is also sans dairy.<\/p>\n<h3>CBTB tip<\/h3>\n<p>TCHO occasionally offers tours of their Berkeley factory.
