Little bars in little batches
Little Burde Chocolate, est. in 2018 in San Francisco’s Sunset District, is a woman-owned bean-to-bar maker. In keeping with the name, they make small (less than an ounce) single-origin bars in small batches. They use ethically sourced cacao and organic evaporated cane juice in their bars. They have both dark and dark milk varieties.
