The invention of chocolate is truly a miracle of life! The steps involved are enough to deter the lazy and faint of heart. We are lucky to be alive when the creation of such a delectable food of the gods is being explored with such commitment and variety. YUM!

I was able to taste this stuff. My Korean girlfriend brought me a box last month. Initially, I thought each serving was a piece of kimchi coated in chocolate but it was mainly chocolate with some hint of saltiness, sourness, and a lingering spiciness to it. This stuff is addictive to the adventurous palate.

Thanks so much for the invite, Eric. Although the main focus of our site is to promote SFBA chocolate, when we travel we like to check out what local chocolatiers in those areas have to offer and report our findings. We will be sure to visit you when we are in the area. We appreciate the info. Sounds like you're making some good chocolate!

The 4 Chocolateers tried Le Whif and DO NOT recommend it. You taste the plastic housing more than the chocolate, which is a weak powder. The mint and raspberry chocolates taste chemical-ly on top of the plastic taste intrusion. Spend your money on real chocolate and support your local chocolatiers!

Interesting. If only someone would crack that problem of how to safely inject chocolate directly into our veins we'd be all set. Really though, this is a pretty crazy and cool invention and I'm impressed that the first article I read on your site told me about something I'd never known. Good reporting, guys.

I love how you write your article it has a poetic sense. But I don't really get what "breathable food" is. When we say food it something that can satisfy not just physically but mentally too. Does "breathable food" manifest the same?
